OUR PROCESS
1. Phone/email consultation
We’ll work with you to get a sense of the scope of the opportunity or problem you wish to address. We may be able to offer you high-level free advice over the phone/email.
2. Understand the timeframe
Whether your need is urgent or long term, we’ll work together to get things underway in a timeframe that works for you.
Once we understand the issue at hand, we’ll develop a plan to enable you to tackle your problem/situation. We’ll talk you through the ins and outs of the procedures and process you’ll need to follow.
3. Proposal development
The proposal will outline the situation, possible solutions, a timeframe to deliver and the cost. Once you’ve approved the proposal, we can get started!
4. Solution delivery
We’ll present you with the completed work and answer any questions you may have including the best way to implement our suggested solutions.
We’ll check in with you to find out how things are progressing and if there’s any other support we can offer.
